“A record of delivery and a promise of more” – Rachel has said as she launches her Plan for Redditch and the Villages.
Rachel, who lives in the constituency, has set out the priorities she is determined to deliver on should be re-elected on Thursday, July 4th.
The Conservative candidate’s Plan for Redditch and the Villages builds on her record of delivery over the past seven years, from securing the future of the Alexandra Hospital to delivering huge Government investment to regenerate Redditch.
Rachel will:
- Continue to fight to return a maternity and children’s service to the Alex.
- Ensure the £16.6 million Town Deal she secured regenerates the town centre.
- Secure three trains per hour between Redditch and Birmingham.
- Ensure redirected HS2 money improves local roads.
- Improve neighbourhood policing.
- Continue to support measures to strengthen our borders and reduce immigration.
- Champion rural communities, be their voice in Parliament and stand against overdevelopment.
- Ensure SEND services are improved for children and young people.
Rachel said: “A record of delivery and a promise of more, Redditch and the Villages is my home, enabling me to effectively represent residents’ needs and priorities in parliament and locally.
“My Plan builds on my record of delivering results over the past seven years, working with residents to secure huge Conservative Government investment in Redditch and in the Alexandra Hospital.
“It’s only with your help that I can continue to deliver real results, and I’ve been humbled and grateful for the support I've received so far from local residents.
“I hope to be able to continue this work, and My Plan for our wonderful constituency sets out what I’m determined to achieve should I be re-elected as your MP.”
