The development of the Community Hub at Redditch Town Hall is progressing well.
Earlier this year, the Town’s MP met with Cllr Matt Dormer, Leader of Redditch Borough Council, to discuss plans for a range of accessible public services to be provided for residents under one roof at the Town Hall.
Construction is already underway on parts of the Hub which will house NHS services.
As well as being the Council’s main customer service centre and head office, the Hub will also be the place to go for local NHS mental health services and community-use rooms.
And now, subject to contract, Citizens Advice and alcohol and other drug support from Cranstoun will be based at the Hub too.
The ground floor Council Chamber and Civic Suite will be moving to the second floor to allow more space to be utilised by partners.
