Rachel was put through her paces when she was quizzed by students from Trinity High School.
On a recent visit to the Easemore Road school, the town’s MP joined the Politics and Debate Club for a question and answer session.
Rachel was asked a range of questions from school uniform to the exams vs coursework debate, as well as what the Government is doing to tackle homelessness.
Rachel said:
“Spending time at our fantastic local schools are some of my favourite visits, especially because I get to engage with our town’s inspiring and ambitious young people.
“They are our future, and we must invest in them, which is why I’ve been successful in lobbying for more funding for our schools in Redditch. Why? Because I’m determined to ensure all students in my constituency receive a first class education which will enable them to aim high and achieve their dreams.”
